Tackling homeless health on the streets

You can’t end homelessness if health issues are ignored

The barriers for those experiencing homelessness go beyond that of access to permanent housing. There are many unseen hurdles in place. That’s where we come in, we fill the gaps. Health on the Streets is a mobile medical van that offers free health care for mental and physical well-being, and we also connect folks to the things they need, such as NDIS, rehab and social services. But we can't reach everyone with only one van. We need your help to reach the 34,900 homeless in NSW.

Homelessness is on the rise

Across the Central Coast and New South Wales, homelessness is a growing crisis, affecting more individuals and families than ever before. Rising housing costs, economic instability, and a lack of accessible support services have left many without a safe place to call home.
